I like some of his songs, but i never really got into his music that much, my brother was well into Elvis, and my mom, but i just didn't, don't get me wrong Elvis was big everywhere, on the radio, the fairgrounds, i was more into traditional Celtic music, a lot of Irish stuff, and then the Blues, and then of course rock, and so on but there's no denying it the guy was very good, he had the mojo and his music still lives on, big time,

Here's a good ol boy I like. He use to play at a local bar here called the Wagon Wheel quite often years ago. Always put on a good show and always has some good tunes. David Allan Coe. Good outlaw country. The one record I really been wantin for almost a year now is his Rebel Meets Rebel with Dimebag, Vinnie and Rex, heavymetal/country, what could be better. Here's the video link video.google.com/videoplay?docid=8063586935308345300Here's the site www.rebelmeetsrebel.com/index1.htmlHope ya'll like the junk I put here as much as I do.

FOGHAT. After talkin about Lonesome Dave's mystery guitar I felt like listenin to some Foghat. So I broke out the Foghat Anthology double disc and started jammin. Lo and behold on the back cover is Lonesome Dave playin the guitar I was tryin to find. The head looks Gibson but I can't make out the name. Foghat is my most favorite band of all time. Down right boogie rock. I've seen these guys countless times in concert, excellent rockers. The first disc is their all time greatest hits and the second disc is their first album. Now to check out the DAC stuff.
