Found this posted on the Les Paul forum, it is Richard (Dickey) Betts & the Great Southern, with Bonnie Bramlett, Elvin Bishop and Charlie Daniels to help out with Dickey's Southbound. Aired on the Midnight Special, May 12, 1978.
Fantastic tone on Dickey's guitar, nice and thick, Pigboy was good as well , i'v liked his playing since the early Butterfield days. but imo his tone is nowhere as good as Dickey's, that my opinion, and i loved Charlies fiddle playing, Some great blues fiddle by Charlie, something you don't see too often.

Hi and jamman, you've got good taste there for guitarist, you know there are load's of great guitarist out there, and i mean great, but for me it just the way Dickey playes and his phrasing of the notes, is what makes him my favorite guitarist, he seems to have a happy vibe in his notes well he makes me smile
