Anyone else going to see The Presidents of the United States of America at the Manchester Academy on 20th April?  Going with my two sons 28. an 26. Showing my age here.  |

No, I'm not going Jim, But I'm going to see "Joe Bonamassa" on Saturday, at the Manchester Academy 2, (If everything is Ok like)   Remember Jim, you behave your self for your son's, and if you loose (get lost) them, go and wait by inquiries, and don't talk to strangers   Only kidding you M8. |

Cheers for the advice cofi, I will try not to embarrass them. Enjoy yourself At Joe Bonamassa, I'm sure he will be brill. The Presidents are on at Academy 2 also, and I see that Hawkwind will be there in March. I don't know whether you've been there before, but I find it a good venue. Small and intimate with a bar at the back. Saw Dierks Bentley there.  Incidentally, if you see two baldies together there, it's probably my two younger brothers. Say hello. |

Are these the "President Of The United States" band your going to see Jim, Or the 60s band, the "Presidents"  By the way, how did your brothers like the "Joe Bonamassa" concert, I really enjoyed the concert, Joe's a fantastic guitarist, the band played a blinding show A couple of crappy photos of the show.............. Sounds like you had a good time Jim  I've heard some of "The Presidents Of The United States Of America" music, and I like some of they're music, I've never heard anything by "Kid Carpet "  , I'll have to go and check them out ;D  Hey Jim, hope you dont mind me saying like M8, but I think your using the wrong code when your posting your photos, You need to use the Direct link code, it'll give you a bigger photo, than the avatar link code that your using now, try it out next time your posting a photo, Here's your photo using the "Direct link"  I hope you dont mind me mentioning it  Good write up M8, you should make a thread-post about them,  |
