Out of Tampa Bay Florida comes the Rebel Pride Band, an "in your face and out the door" southern rock guitar army. With over 10 years of gigging, song writing, and road work behind them, Rebel Pride has developed a hard southern boogie that pays homage to their rock and blues forefathers, yet has a strut all its own. 2005's "IT IS WHAT IT IS" CD caught rave reviews in the independent southern rock community
They have been ROCKING the Southeastern United States since the turn of the century. Rebel Pride is a kick butt "Southern Guitar Band" from the West Coast of Florida (Tampa Bay). With 22 strings and 4, drum heads beating their way out of the Deep South and into your living room. The band plays hard rocking traditional style Southern Rock with a kick. The CD, “It Is What It Is" ROCKS (released in October of 2005) The CD enjoys great reviews, worldwide sales, and radio air- play. It contains eight original tracks of pure Southern Music. The newest release, "Backin' It Up" (released on Valentines Day 2007) receives worldwide attention with eight more original tracks of great music. CMH Records has just released "A Southern Rock Tribute to Toby Keith" performed by Rebel Pride.
