The Sulentic Brothers Band
Dave and Tom Sulentic from South Bend, Indiana, founded The Sulentic Brothers Band in 1993 with the goal of creating a band that concentrated on playing and writing their own music. With that in mind, they had an old friend that played guitar like a dream that they considered immediately for the band--Mike May. However, they had lost contact with him and with some searching on Tom's part, they found Mike and were thrilled when he agreed to be a part of the band. Now, with Mike and Dave on lead and rhythm guitars and Tom on the drums, the search for a bass player began. Finally, Jim Robinson, one exceptional bass player fit the bill and the personality of the group perfectly. Then the time came for the daunting task of finding a vocalist. It was Jim's foresight that made the search an easy one. Bringing Cliff Schooler to the band--a vocalist, guitarist and harp man. Filling out the band with his vocal talent and song writing abilities is Dave Lynch making the band a full rounded sound. Thus, with a lot of hard work, a little searching--a and a little luck The Sulentic Brothers Band was formed.
The Sulentic Brothers Band's music is a unique combination of styles and ideas. These styles and ideas form a band with the incredible ability to write music all their own. All members of the band take an active part contributing to the writing of their music. To date the band has written 95 original songs and they play numerous cover tunes as well. Since the band's formation the members have demonstrated a unique dedication to the writing and playing of their music. Moreover, the quality of music this band produces shows a distinct chemistry among all the members. The band continually strives to exploit their music, and are willing--in fact--anticipating opportunities to tour as well as taking other avenues to promote their material
The Sulentic Brothers Band from South Bend Indiana & are not your ordinary bunch of musicians fabricating music so it can be played on MTV. We take the time and the effort to do it right. We leave nothing on the table when we hit the stage. We write & play our own music with one thing in mind, To ROCK Your ASSES Off!!!! For over 13 years we have been fine tuning our brand of rock that can be described as a mix of Southern, Classic, Country, and Blues, that when all rolled up is the sound of The Sulentic Brothers Band. We are in the studio mixing down the final tracks for our next CD. It is Going To ROCK YOU!!!!
