This is my Gibson Les Paul Elegant Custom Shop,
She is a 2002 model,
Classic 57 Humbuckers
Chambered body: Lighter and brighter
Compound Radius: "Excellent feature"
Maple Top: pretty wood....AAAA
Abolone Pearl inlays: (or Paua as the Kiwis call it) inlays instead of Gibsons normal Mother Of Pearl ones.
This guitar gets a great tonal color. String timbres are unique to each string.
Ebony fingerboard and chambered body make it brighter than most Les Pauls.
Can get a great tonal variety with the two pickup
There is no muddiness, and I find the chambering adds some brightness. The guitar is extremely resonant and articulate. this guitar handles classic rock and blues beautifully. It can also rock out to the Thin Lizzie or Free and most other Rock bands with no problems at all.
She has mountains of tone and warmth,
I find she sounds best through a good tube amp IMO.
She also sounds great un-pluged, which is the test for a good guitar, if the electrics sounds naff, you can allway's fix that, by putting in new electrics, but if the wood is shit, then the guitar is never going to sound good, as you cant change the wood IMO.

Carved figured maple top

The mark on the left side is a refection of the light
