Again i think the price's for these guitars are going up thru the roof, here and in the USA, it's the dealers that are trying to hike the prices up, These are great guitars, but the price, here is one that is been sold at a vintage shop. Gibson 1958 Gibson Les Paul Junior Sunburst Finish Mahogany Body Single Cutaway 1+P90 Crocodile Case Original Strap + Hang Tag Price £15,000 (Approx $28,500) I suppose it has the case, and hang tag's, but i don't think they came with a strap?? might be wrong

I'm all for old and even older Gibson guitars but that price is insane. I know this ain't the same but I got an Epi LP Jr for $80US when I bought a Crate Combo Amp. Same color scheme as the one you show but the pick guard is slightly different, bolt on neck and plays and sounds good.
So what do you think about the new (re)issue Gibsons built to 57 specs? New guitars with a price tag starting at $2500US and up. At least that's what I saw at a shop by my house.
P.S. cofi, the Faded V I got is on "POLICE HOLD". They had to keep it 30 days in case it was stolen. Only 2 more week and that bad boy is comming home. I'll post you on it later. I can't wait, it's a nice player.

I know they have gone way off the rails price wise, i wonder how much I'd get for mine, it has a few issue's, non original jack socket, been re-finished, mmmm, Quote-So what do you think about the new (re)issue Gibsons built to 57 specs? At least that's what I saw at a shop by my house. what of the one's I've tried have been really nice, sound good, long neck tenon, plays well, $2500US, that's a good price for a Custom Shop Gibson, over here they are about £2400sterling, my 56 re-issue is really nice (i suppose I've got to say that lol) i suppose there are good ones and bad one, in any given time. Hope the time goes sudden like for you i bet it'll be well worth the wait, did the shop put it on Police hold?? what gives there, how did the police know about it? or get to know about it? The shop should have found out if it was stolen before putting it up for sale surly #wt#

A few years ago you could buy one of these for about £500, but they seem to be going up and up in prices, like crazy here's one i got offered this week, 1957 Gibson Les Paul Junior TV Single Cutaway TV (Colour) 1 Pickup (Junior) Internally /Externally Original (100% Correct ) Cosmetic Condition Strong 8.5/10 Price £11,500 (approx $22,500) Thoughts This is an exceptionally rare instrument (single cutaway TV juniors are scare) and do think /feel based on cosmetic condition /originality our pricing is exceptionally realistic so interest will be strong To think these where brought out to be student guitars, Gibson's cheap electric guitar, they're going for silly money
