What do you think, are the prices for old SGs going crazy or what? this is one example, 1962 Gibson Les Paul SG Custom, Specification as follows  White Sideways Vibrola 3 PAF's Internally /Externally Original Cosmetic Condition, Strong 8.5+/10 with minor playing wear Price £13,999 (approx $27,000)

I was searchin out some stuff on Custom Shop SGs and it could be the signature of the artist that they put in that spot between the neck and pup.

That might very well be it, I've looked at it with a spy glass (is that what they're called??) and i still cant make it out I thought the first lettering said SG, but at a closer look, there seems to be more lettering than SG, the A string sorta hides it a bit, Now to find out who's name is on it  |

it says Les Paul custom, I used to have one just like that, but mine was more yellow than white, lot of smoky rooms. As a matter of fact Im having to repair one right now with a broken headstock.
