His influence as one of the most influential blues pianists is still felt today, as the Chicago Blues Festival often holds tributes to Sunnyland Slim.

I just love the way these old blues men play the "Blues", so much emotion, feeling, and humor,
A lot of the videos I've seen of these old guy's performing is they had humor and really enjoyed what they did,
