I really like the music from the 60s. Here's a band that's still jammin after 40 years. One of the pioneers of early heavy rock
The Very Best of Uriah Heep. 2002 release 01. Free 'N' Easy 02. Fallen Angel 03. Firefly 04. Woman of the Night 05. Carry On 06. Weekend Warriors 07. On the Rebound 08. Illusion 09. Lonely Nights 10. Voice on My TV 11. Blood on Stone 12. Look at Yourself 13. Easy Livin' 14. Gypsy
I scored 3 more discs this week, I'll fill you in as I get to em.

Yeah, I really get into the rock of the 60s. Even though Uriah Heep didn't start until 1970 I think, they started jammin around 1965 under other band names. I liked that cd so much I listened to it all weekend while I was drivin around. I also get into Rare Earth, The Kinks, Iron Butterfly, The Troggs, The Ides of March, Blood Sweat and Tears, stuff like that. Today for my musical enjoyment while driving back and forth to work I'm playin The Best of Mountain
I get a lot of good cds and deals at bmgmusic.com. The last set I got was buy 1 get 4 free, plus $2.79 s&h each. I got 5 cds for under $33, cant't beat that with a stick.

Ah Spark,I have to agree with you on Thin Lizzy, But the who? ? too over rated. burnt out druggies and now Pete Townsen a Pedophile . Can't support musicians like that. And Phil Lynott, Im amazed how a suicide, can turn into long term sickness. The Day he shot him self I remember it well, and I still have the AP clipping. His wife divorcing him was more than the man could bear. I just watched his story on VH1 and am amazed how his mother came up with all this.

Well I'm not listening to anything (not for the last 4 hours) but watching Deadwood, the TV series, f**king best thing that been on TV for a long time, and they (the Dickheads at HBO) pull the plug on it But before that i was listening to "Them" the band with Van the Man, from the 60s Ed i have to disagree with you man, In their day the Who was a great band, even though i wasn't into them much then, of course i liked "My Generation" when it first came out, and some songs from "Tommy", I've seen em live a few times, and they always delivered, I agree about Townsend being a Pedophile shit, and i don't like the fact he got away with it by saying he was doing studies about the subject for new material IMO, you dont have to look at and join these sick web sites to study them for material, Why the f**k did/does he want to sing about child abuse anyway, sick Twat
