We went to Praia Da Falesia in the Algarve, not far from Vilamoura. Never seen as many orange trees in my life, you could buy 5kilo for €1.50. Delicious too.
Definately a place we would visit again, but we still prefer Greece where we will be off to in September.
You been to the Algarve cofi?

Hey Jim, yeah I've been there quite a few times. i like the place, I usually stay down in Manta Rota, it's down by Tavira, It's not far from the Spanish boarder, and other times I've been staying at a friends Villa, in Carviaria, The first time i went to Portugal was to go to the Faro Bike Show, About twenty of us rode down through Spain, all the way to the bottom, turned left and into Portugal Man it was hot, around Seville it was 42, i rode down on a Rover V8 Trike, that I'd built, and what with the heat in Spain and the heat from the V8 sitting in front of me, i frigging cooked, The rest of the lads traveled on various chops, from Harley's to Honda's, Talk about bikes overheating whew, in the end we decided to travel at night as it was cooler, well slightly cooler LOL, The only bikes that didn't overheat was the air cooled one's, all the others over cooked real bad, But we did win some trophies at the show, also we had a great two weeks of fun
