After all the talk about Johnny Winter's on here, i went and bought a CD of his, Awesome dude Johnny Winters---Still Alive and Well 1973 and Rick Derringer is playing guitar on it, and Todd Rundgren -on Keyboards cool

Hey sparky, Johnny Winter can jam can't he. I personally like his live recordings, not that there is anything wrong with studio stuff. I just like the way a live gig sounds.

Yes, his live album's are better than his studio one's, I find that with some band's, they just cant capture they're raw power Rock/Blues style in the studio, Still good like, but better live IMO.
