The police caught the kids, but i didn't get anything back. They both went to juvy. Too bad because his father and I played guitar together. I wasn't going to press charges, but the kids had records, so the DA insisted. And you are correct, they were local kids. I live way out in the boonies, we never see cops so we're an easy target. But everyone in my area knows I have camera's, motion detectors, they know I'm home most of the time, plus I keep a shotgun handy. LOL. So far, no one comes around.  Yeah punk, it smelled of local thief's, must have been watching your place, Serves them right getting juvy, So them motion detectors work punk  do they pick up only humans, or do they pick up dog's, horses or any big animal  It's a bummer that you never got your stuff back, they must have pawned them off, little shits, |

Well. . . They work. . . But they come on if the wind blows to hard. LOL. Dogs, cats, mice. LOL
even flies will turn 'em on. LOL. I tied turning the sensitivity down, but they're on and off all night. Sometimes for no apparent reason, other than a leaf falling in front of it. But they supply light at night for the camera's. The camera's I have aren't very good at night without some light. I got them at Wallmart for about $25 each. I'll replace them with better camera's
later.
I'm more upset that I lost a good friend. The kid is an A-hole, but, His father was a good guy, and a pretty good guitar picker. They moved away because of this.

LOL Yeah LOL Still do. Mostley critters set off the motion detecters. Deer, porcupines, etc. Once I did see a shereiff go across my property, walk into my greenhouse, then proceeded to inspect my property. I was surprised to learn that it was legal for them to that. Later, I spoke to the sheriff about it. I told him it was a good way to get clobbered. In the dark, I don't know if he's a thief, terrorist or cop. I told him I would swing first and ask questions later. He said I would go to jail. WTF. with all the crap going on today, I'll take that chance. Yeah, too bad.  He had some nice guitars, and always threw a wild party. Lots of music, (like an open mike) babes, bikes, and beer. |

bloody hell punk, they must be very sensitive,  I bet he was looking to see if you was growing Hash punk, so he could steal some for himself, then come back with his buddy's and bust you  I thought that they have to have a warrant to come onto your property, unless they've being invited by you or one of your family onto your place, or someone's complained about noise or disturbance's ?? and yes, you smack them first, then ask questions, right, Like you said you've no idea who's there, they could be robbers, or terrorist, (or someone stealing your hash LOL  ) Shame about that punk, sounded like a good guy
