No,I have an old Jack bottle somewheres Around 75-100 years old,Thought it would make a good slide. Glass from that age was more dense. I also have an original coke bottle when the factory used to be here in Murfreesboro. The green color of the glass would look great with the dragon attack. By thw way thanks for the info....Ed

Sorry not getting back quicker Ed, thanks whitey, whitey is right on with the address info and such Like i said i had a good long talk with one of the owners Ian, he said he could do a slide out of any bottle that you have, trim it down if it's too thick, any length you want it, really nice guy, The factory is closed for this week, for holiday's, but they'll be back next week Monday, He also gave me his Mobil number, I'm not going to post the number on here, for obvious reason's, if you want the number, PM me, I've told him what i want, he said he'll get onto it when he comes back, I'm going for one of his green bottle slid-e's, and that one of your's should go well with the Dragon, just a bit of trivia, the city where they're based is the bottle capital in the UK, so they're in the right place to get plenty of bottles,

They (Ian) rang me up yesterday, saying he was sending them in a few day's, ;D I have ordered a couple of them, the "Redhouse" and The "Evolution", I really fancied the Evolution, Glass one side, and steel on the other side, this takes a bit longer to make, because of the bonding of both the glass and the steel, and then the polishing, etc, this is what they write about it. "This is a truly unique slide - so unique that we've called it the 'Evolution' - a combination of requests from slide guitarists worldwide looking for the weight of steel with the tone of glass - 2/3rd's heavy stainless steel with 1/3rd glass insert bonded together as a seamless tube....two playing surfaces available from a single slide - utilizing the weight of the steel to offer smooth, sustaining glass tones from one 'face' - and sweet, biting steel tones from the other...truly an 'Evolution'! The 'Evolution' is available in two lengths - 58mm & 62mm; with currently one internal diameter offered - 20mm. We leave the internal walls 'unfinished', thus allowing the player to pad-out the slide to their individual preferences regarding reducing the I.D. & general 'feel' of the slide internals." It should be with me either by the weekend, or early next week They really are nice folk's, very helpful, they are even going to put this forum on their link's page good people. and great to talk to on the phone. I'll let you know and post about them, as soon as i get them
